Meador an Openwork Company is currently engaged in a search to find a DIRECT HIRE RECEPTIONIST in the Southwest Houston, TX area (77051) that is eager to work. The Receptionist will provide general front office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
As a RECEPTIONIST you’ll be responsible for:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct incoming calls; receive and manage all overflow calls to ensure timely response
Open and close the phone system daily, ensuring proper routing and functionality
Maintain executive conference rooms, including scheduling support, setup, cleanliness, and supply restocking
Oversee main lobby upkeep to ensure a clean, organized, and professional appearance at all times
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Provide general administrative support to leadership and staff as needed
Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
What you’ll need:
2 - 5 years’ experience in office administration
Bilingual (a plus)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Perks:
$20-25/hr
