In a Quality Startup Technician job you’ll be responsible for:

• Performing first-article inspections and quality checks at the start of each production run

• Verifying that parts meet dimensional, visual, and functional quality requirements

• Reviewing setup documentation, control plans, and startup criteria

• Identifying and reporting quality concerns to the appropriate teams

• Documenting startup quality data and maintaining inspection records

What you’ll need:

• Experience in plastic injection molding quality or production startup roles

• Proficiency using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
