In this precision-focused and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for ensuring top-tier quality standards for outgoing orders at a specialized flooring sample warehouse. In a Picker/Packer job you’ll be responsible for:

• Accurately picking and packing orders according to specific project specifications.

   

• Performing quality inspections on products to ensure they meet company standards prior to shipment.

   

• Verifying product details, including type, size, labeling, and quantity for every order.

   

• Detecting defects or inconsistencies to prevent incorrect items from being shipped.

   

• Maintaining high accuracy while balancing daily productivity targets in a repetitive environment.

   

What you’ll need:

• Quality Control experience, specifically the ability to follow detailed standards and procedures.

   

• Strong attention to detail and the reliability to perform well in a fast-paced warehouse.

   

• Preferred background in flooring, construction, or material handling settings.

   

Perks:

• Hours: 6 AM – 3 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Pay rate: $16.50
