In a Quality Inspector job, you’ll be responsible for:

• Performing inspections throughout the manufacturing process, including in-process and final product reviews.

• Verifying product compliance against specific drawings, specifications, and established quality standards.

• Utilizing precision measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to inspect components.

• Documenting all inspection results with a high degree of accuracy and detail.

• Managing non-conforming materials by identifying, reporting, and documenting any issues found.

• Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality concerns and maintain high manufacturing standards.

• Ensuring compliance with all company quality systems and safety procedures.

• Supporting quality administration by assisting with audits and maintaining necessary documentation.

What you’ll need:

• Previous quality inspection experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

• Technical literacy, including the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

• Proficiency with measurement tools and various inspection techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

• Excellent reporting skills for clear and concise documentation.

• Basic computer proficiency, with a preference for experience in Excel or ERP systems.

• Professional versatility, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of GD&T and experience with ISO or other quality management systems.
