Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hr

Shift & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM | $17.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 4:15 PM – 12:45 AM | $19.00/hr

Job Summary:
Openwork is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support product inspections and ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. This role suits someone observant, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct product and process inspections based on assigned area.
• Document inspection results by completing reports, logs, and entering data into quality systems.
• Attend daily team meetings for assigned area.
• Communicate issues to leads and/or supervisors promptly.
• Perform daily audits, including:
  • Verifying tools for proper torque and calibration.
  • Ensuring proper ESD procedures are followed by manufacturing teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, push, and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working on ladders.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
