QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR (MANUFACTURING) Meador an Openwork Company is currently engaged in a search to find a QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR in TEXAS CITY, TX. This position is TEMP to POTENTIAL HIRE and pays $40/hr+, depending on experience. This role is in-person and scheduled for varying hours according to business need. There is lots of opportunity for OT! Applicants MUST have CWI and/or API 510 Certification!
In this QC INSPECTOR job you’ll be responsible for:
Mechanical inspection to ensure safety of team, accuracy of manufacturing/ repairs, and compliance with company policies.
Perform initial inspections, re-inspections, and final inspections across site.
Identify existing and potential defects, risks, and hazards.
Complete functions such as completing and filing reports/paperwork.
Utilize tools such as calipers, micrometers, and measuring tape on a daily basis.
Practicing good housekeeping by maintaining work areas clean, orderly, and safe.
What you’ll need:
API 510 Certification, REQUIRED!
CWI Certification, HUGE PLUS!

The pay is $40/hr+, depending on experience.
