Openwork is hiring a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector for a manufacturing company in Denton, TX. We're looking for someone who understands the importance of accuracy, product quality, and following established manufacturing standards.

What You'll Be Doing
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Identify defects and verify products meet specifications
- Perform visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and product testing
- Use calipers, gauges, measuring tapes, and other inspection tools
- Monitor production processes for quality concerns
- Document inspection results and report defects
- Maintain and calibrate measuring equipment
- Follow company quality procedures and applicable industry standards
- Work with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
What We're Looking For
- Previous quality control, inspection, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience using calipers, gauges, measuring tapes, and other measuring tools
- Ability to read technical drawings and product specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
- Understanding of manufacturing quality standards and procedures
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working a consistent 2nd-shift schedule
- Must be available for overtime and weekend work based on company needs
