Quality Control Associate

Openwork is hiring a Quality Control Associate to support warehouse and inventory operations in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on product accuracy, attention to detail, and maintaining quality standards across incoming and stored inventory.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks on incoming containers and inventoried products
- Verify product color, texture, labeling, and overall accuracy
- Ensure all box labels and SKUs match the contents inside
- Check seasonal and regulatory labeling requirements
- Identify and document discrepancies using photos and/or samples
- Complete QC checks on warehoused inventory as requested
- Maintain QC documentation and accurate records
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Approximately 4 containers per day
- Warehouse environment
- Use of step ladder required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs consistently
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous quality control required
- Strong inventory, data entry, and computer skills
- Comfortable working in pre-made spreadsheets
- High attention to detail with a strong eye for accuracy
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
