This is a 1st shift, Monday - Friday, long-term opportunity paying $18/hour, with the potential for company benefits upon hire.

Position Overview:

The QA Associate will support quality assurance efforts across the organization, ensuring products and processes meet company, industry, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support teams: Assign tasks, provide guidance, and assist with performance reviews.
• Develop QA strategies: Create and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance: Verify that products and services meet regulatory and industry requirements.
• Monitor quality metrics: Track data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Conduct audits and inspections: Perform routine checks to ensure standards are consistently met.
• Training & development: Train staff on quality procedures and best practices.
• Cross-department collaboration: Work closely with other departments to integrate quality throughout operations.
• Reporting & documentation: Prepare and present quality findings and reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of QA principles, methodologies, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with experience identifying root causes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong documentation habits
• Technical proficiency in relevant software and quality tools
