In a Quality Assurance Specialist job you’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting in-process and final inspections of post-surgical compression garments

• Monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

• Reviewing batch records and maintaining accurate quality documentation

• Identifying non-conformances and supporting corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Performing root cause analysis and implementing process improvements

• Assisting with internal and external audits

• Collaborating with production and operations teams to maintain consistent product quality

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience in manufacturing (medical device or textile experience preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read and interpret specifications and technical documents

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Shift & Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
