This company creates and distributes polymer products through their global parent company. Their plant is in Pasadena area. They are seeking a direct-hire QC Lab Analyst to join their team!
The Expectations:
The QC Lab Analyst will be…
- Performing quality testing of both raw materials and finished products to review for:
- Appearance
- Moisture
- Flow Rate
- Density
- pH
- Color
- CSR
- FSR
- PSD
- Odor
- Preparing chemical reagents for quality analysis
- Leading calibration of instruments including pH meters
- Ensuring proper release of incoming raw materials and later, ensuring proper disposal of materials
- Learning all customer specs and reporting out-of-spec results
- Recording data in written and digital formats o Maintaining a clean and safe workspace for self and team
The Experience & Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Chemistry/Biology, HUGE PLUS
- 2 years of lab experience, REQUIRED The Benefits:
- The pay is $28-$36 per hour, depending on experience.
