In this fast-paced, collaborative role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of production environments while supporting efficient business operations. In a QA Admin Specialist job you’ll be responsible for:

• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime
• Ensuring compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Management System requirements
• Collaborating with Production Manager and Director of Operations to improve processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Preparing and maintaining work order documentation, including:
  • Pick Reports
  • Work Instructions
  • Content Labels (Inserts)
  • Carton Labels
  • Batch Reports
  • Line Clearance documentation
  • Label Specifications
  • Scrap, Reorder, and Modification Reports
• Creating and managing Work Order Jackets with all required documentation
• Printing and controlling all required labels
• Communicating with cross-functional teams including sales, warehouse, quality assurance, packaging engineering, planning, and production

What you’ll need:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

Pay & Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
