In a Property Maintenance Technician job you’ll be responsible for:

• Completing resident service requests quickly and professionally
• Performing make-ready tasks such as painting, cleaning, appliance repair, and basic carpentry
• Supporting preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety equipment
• Inspecting building systems and common areas to ensure safety and compliance
• Providing courteous and professional service to residents, including participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Assisting the Maintenance Supervisor and team with projects, vendor oversight, and maintaining work areas and supplies

What you’ll need:

• 1–3 years of general maintenance experience (multifamily housing preferred)
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Shift: 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday
