In a Property Maintenance Supervisor job you’ll be responsible for:

• Supervising, training, and scheduling the maintenance team to ensure full coverage and productivity
• Overseeing daily maintenance requests, work orders, preventative maintenance, and inspections
• Ensuring unit turns, renovations, and community upkeep are completed on time and at high quality
• Enforcing OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards while maintaining accurate maintenance records
• Coordinating and supervising contractors, vendors, and supply management
• Assisting with budget preparation, expense monitoring, and inventory control
• Responding promptly and professionally to resident requests and participating in on-call rotation

What you’ll need:

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role (multifamily preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical work
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
