In a Project Manager job, you’ll be responsible for:

• Executing the management and progression of multiple projects from start to finish

• Setting deadlines for key milestones and resolving issues as they arise

• Coordinating with clients on current programs, upcoming product launches, and special projects—including monthly face-to-face meetings

• Delivering detailed reports on future programs to support management and planning

• Maintaining open communication with vendors to support their evolving needs

• Introducing and overseeing new product rollouts from concept to delivery

• Collaborating cross-functionally with Purchasing, Print, Production, Shipping, and IT departments

• Working with retail teams to develop order fulfillment strategies

• Verifying stored product data against internal and external databases

• Developing exit strategies for obsolete items

• Scheduling and conducting client site visits to assess current programs and gather feedback

• Coordinating with store operations on products in specified classifications
