POSITION OVERVIEW: Serve as Contracts Specialist to the Procurement Team by assisting with procurement documents and contracts specific to IT services and concepts. General responsibilities include drafting documents, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance. Great customer service via phone and email is non-negotiable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop clear, accurate IFBs (Invitation for Bids) for IT procurement projects aligned with organizational needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and project goals
Translate technical requirements into compliant, competitive solicitation documents
Ensure IFBs meet procurement laws, regulations, and internal policies
Define evaluation criteria, scoring methods, and administrative requirements
Support the full solicitation lifecycle, including Q&A, addenda, bid evaluation, and documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 4 years of contract and technical document experience (SLAs, IFBs, RFPs, RFIs) – MUST.
Minimum 2 years of procurement and purchasing related background.
Knowledge of IT concepts and services – HUGE PLUS!
