What You'll Be Doing
- Assemble, package, and label products according to work instructions
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Prepare finished products and materials for shipment
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
- Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on different production responsibilities
