Production Worker

Job Summary

Openwork is hiring Production Workers for a growing packaging manufacturer in Olive Branch, MS. In this role, you will support production by assembling, packaging, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, and label products according to work instructions.

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.

• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.

• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and production standards.

• Assist with general production and warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment.
