In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring high-quality assembly of outdoor furniture, driving efficiency improvements, and contributing to a positive and safe work environment.

In a Production Supervisor job you’ll be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the assembly team.
• Maintaining production schedules and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Monitoring and enforcing quality control standards for assembled products.
• Training new and current employees on assembly procedures and safety.
• Managing inventory of parts and supplies for the assembly department.
• Troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise.

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Proven knowledge of assembly processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems.

Shift & Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm 
• Pay Rate: $25/hr
