In this role, you will play a key part in supporting production operations by maintaining material availability, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring accurate planning through the IFS System. In a Production Planning Coordinator job, you’ll be responsible for:

• Maintaining and updating a report database for raw materials and direct supply items and reporting availability to Plant Management based on upcoming planning needs.

• Collaborating closely with the Corporate Planning Manager to maintain the IFS System for current and future production planning.

• Meeting daily with production and in-house customer teams to review workloads and operator needs.

• Reserving materials in IFS, preparing order packages, and providing shop orders to the Operations Supervisor.

• Assisting Warehouse Management with purchase order requests.

• Maintaining and updating the RMA (Return Material Authorization) report.

• Organizing trackers and reports for customer complaints and special requests.

• Attending daily and weekly meetings related to IFS planning and resin requirements.

What you’ll need:

• Experience in production planning, materials management, or a related field (manufacturing experience preferred).

• Familiarity with IFS or other ERP systems.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.

• Team-oriented attitude with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
