Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is hiring Production Operators for a global manufacturing client in Seabrook! 

Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: DuPont schedule (8–12 hour rotating shifts), must be available for overtime
Job Type: Full-Time

MUST HAVE TO BE CONSIDERED

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a federal background check

Responsibilities

  • Operate blending, packaging, and weighing equipment
  • Set up and start production machinery
  • Weigh and load materials per recipe specifications
  • Monitor equipment for safe and efficient operation
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment/process issues
  • Maintain production logs and documentation
  • Support training and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

  • 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime
