The Clearlake Branch of Meador Staffing has partnered with a global leader in the manufacturing of polymer solutions to bring 2 Production operators to their team in Pasadena

The Expectations:
Demonstrates & meets qualification on blending, packaging, weighing operations & fork lift.
Sets up and starts all machines, checking all controls for adherence to mixing or packaging procedures.
Weighs ingredients to meet recipe specification and inserts into machinery.
Monitors production and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Troubleshoots equipment and processing issues.
Operates machinery to mix, discharge or handle materials according to operating procedures.
May take samples of materials to lab for evaluations and instructions.
Documents work completed as required including logs, data reports, procedures, etc.
Participates in training, retraining and continual improvement processes and methods.

The Experience & Education
2+ years of industrial experience.
MUST have HS Diploma OR GED
MUST have VALID DL. 

Pay Rate:  $18.00/hr.

Schedule: DuPont schedule with 8 to 12 hour shifts, Must be able to work overtime as well.
