In a Production Manager job, you’ll be responsible for:

• Workflow Management: Supervising the assembly of specialized units like the "F Series," "G Series," and "FA8" to ensure they are manufactured according to engineering specifications.

• Quality Assurance: Implementing and enforcing strict quality control protocols to ensure every unit meets performance and safety standards.

• Resource Allocation: Ensuring assembly teams have the tools, blueprints, and materials needed to meet output goals and the company’s shipping guarantees.

• Supply Chain & Logistics: Managing inventory for replacement filters and raw materials to prevent production bottlenecks.

• Technical & Safety Compliance: Maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment in compliance with OSHA and industrial hygiene standards.

• Equipment Maintenance: Scheduling routine maintenance for heavy machinery, including presses and forklifts, to prevent operational downtime.

• Workforce Development: Overseeing the training and ramp-up periods for new production staff to ensure the team can handle backlogs and maintain steady output.
