In a Warehouse Associate job you'll be responsible for:

• Labeling and stockpiling merchandise according to size, shape, and product type.

• Boxing, wrapping, and packing ecommerce orders in accordance with facility standards.

• Verifying order components, assembling and rolling rugs, and conducting quality inspection checks.

• Preparing, staging, and palletizing finished goods for outbound shipment.

• Assisting production and print teams by staging fabric rolls, moving carts, and handling materials.

• Identifying print defects or minor flaws and sorting items according to quality control guidelines.

• Assisting with sewing and finishing tasks, including rug trimming and edge finishing.

• Recording and managing any impaired, damaged, or defective merchandise.

• Operating standard warehouse merchandise management tools and equipment (such as forklifts, where applicable).

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following 5S standards.

What you'll need:

• Entry-level background; prior experience in a warehouse or production environment is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to pass a basic detail-oriented assessment.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

• Good physical hand/eye coordination, normal manual dexterity, and the ability to bend, reach, or kneel frequently.

• Dependability, positive attitude, and willingness to learn in a team-player environment.

• Reliable personal transportation to and from the work site.
