Openwork is hiring for several full time positions with our partner in Salisbury, NC. These are long term opportunities offering a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule, competitive pay, and the chance to grow within a stable manufacturing environment.

Available Positions

• Assemblers – Entry level friendly, hands on production work

• Skilled CNC Operators – Setup, operation, and quality checks

• Warehouse Associates – Forklift experience required

• General Laborers – Material handling & production support

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $17.50–$20/hr (based on role & experience)

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10?hour shifts

• Shifts:

  • Machine Operators:

    • 1st shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    • 2nd shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM

  • Warehouse & Assembly:

    • 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Assemblers: Build and assemble components using hand tools, follow instructions, perform quality checks

• CNC Operators: Operate CNC machinery, perform setups, read blueprints, complete inspections

• Warehouse (Forklift): Load/unload materials, move product throughout facility, maintain inventory accuracy

• General Labor: Support production lines, move materials, maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements

• Ability to stand for 10 hours

• Strong attendance and reliability

• Comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment

• Forklift experience required for warehouse roles

• CNC roles require prior machining experience

• Assemblers & general labor roles welcome entry level candidates
