Meador an Openwork company is on a search for an experienced Printing Operator for their client in the Alvin, TX area. In this fast-paced and detail oriented position you will be responsible for operating various commercial printers. Please apply now if you are interested and qualify for this role.
As a Printing Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing job orders to make the right adjustments to the printing machine
- Testing inks and paints on the printing surfaces to determine suitability
- Installing or exchanging parts and supplies like ink rollers, screens, plates or stencils according to the job order
- Ensure accuracy and quality of print production
- Troubleshoot equipment as needed
- Follow post-production cleaning to prepare for next order
- Additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or leads
What you'll need:
- Previous experience working with large commercial printing equipment
- Excellent time management skills
- Sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledgeable in various printing styles
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
Perks:
Schedule- Monday -Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Pay Rate- $16-$20/hr.
