Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Print Room Coordinator in Flowery Branch, Ga. In this fast-paced, detail-driven role, you will help keep daily operations running smoothly by creating, printing, and organizing important production and shipping documents. In a Document Specialist job you’ll be responsible for:

• Creating and printing production work orders, requisition forms, labels, and shipping documents.
• Scanning and uploading documents into multiple computer systems.
• Reviewing documents for accuracy and identifying errors.
• Managing multiple customer orders and projects while meeting daily deadlines.
• Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Performing data entry and assisting with other kitting-related tasks as needed.
• Supporting team members and assisting with training new associates when needed.

What you’ll need:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Computer and printing experience preferred.
• SAP ERP experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read, review, and match documents.
• Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work at a computer for the duration of the shift. 

Shift & Pay: 

• Monday-Friday 11:00am-7:30pm 
• $17/hr.
