Openwork is hiring an experienced Portable HVAC Rental Coordinator & Dispatcher for an established equipment rental company in Stafford, TX 77477.

This position is ideal for an organized, customer-focused professional with experience in dispatch, fleet management, logistics, or rental operations. You'll help coordinate daily deliveries, manage rental equipment, oversee drivers, and ensure customers receive reliable service.

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering $50,000–$65,000 annually, plus an annual performance bonus.

Position Details

• Location: Stafford, TX 77477

• Salary: $50,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–3:00 PM

• Employment: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deliveries, pickups, equipment exchanges, and service calls.

• Schedule drivers, assign routes, and communicate delivery instructions.

• Oversee driver performance, scheduling, and safety procedures.

• Prepare rental quotes, contracts, extensions, and return documentation.

• Track equipment availability, rental schedules, and customer orders.

• Coordinate fleet inspections, vehicle maintenance, and repairs.

• Ensure rental equipment is inspected and ready for delivery.

• Assist customers with rental questions and basic HVAC troubleshooting.

• Coordinate equipment repairs, replacements, and service requests.

• Maintain accurate rental records, billing information, and dispatch reports.

• Resolve customer concerns and communicate service updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatch, fleet management, rental coordination, logistics, or related operations required.

• Experience coordinating drivers, deliveries, pickups, or service schedules.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple orders and changing priorities.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Experience preparing contracts, tracking orders, and maintaining records.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and business software.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in equipment rental, HVAC, or industrial services.

• Previous experience supervising drivers or delivery personnel.

• Knowledge of vehicle inspections, fleet maintenance, and transportation safety.

• Basic understanding of portable HVAC equipment.

• Experience using dispatch or rental management software.
