Family Law Paralegal (Certified)

About the Firm:
Our client is a respected and growing law firm in Pearland, TX, known for providing compassionate and professional legal services. They’re looking for an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join their dedicated team.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Pay: $25–$27/hour (plus potential overtime)
• Type: Temp-to-Hire with opportunity for permanent placement

Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys in all areas of family law (divorce, custody, support, restraining orders)
• Draft and prepare legal documents (petitions, disclosures, discovery, etc.)
• Handle client intake and manage case files
• File documents with the court and track important deadlines
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and attorneys

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of family law paralegal experience -REQUIRED
• Paralegal Certificate- REQUIRED
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, not required)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
