Meador an Openwork Company is currently seeking dependable and hardworking Packaging Operators for a production opportunity in Baytown, TX. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, punctual, and able to perform packaging and repackaging duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Package and repackage materials according to established procedures.
- Operate packaging equipment by following visual operating procedures.
- Follow production instructions and packaging requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and equipment.
- Assist with general labor and other production duties as needed.
- Complete tasks efficiently, accurately, and with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment.
- Willingness to work additional hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Previous packaging or production experience is a plus.
