Meador an Openwork Company is currently engaged in a search to find a Packager in a fast paced print shop. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below!
Responsibilities:
Applying vinyl to sign substrates
Laminating, Trimming & Applying digital prints to sign substrates
Packaging products according to company standards including boxing, labeling, and sealing.
Inspecting items for defects or damage before packaging.
Ensuring correct quantities and product types are packed for each order.
Labeling packages accurately, including barcodes, shipping labels, or batch info.
Reporting damaged goods or inconsistencies to supervisors.
Adhering to workplace safety standards and proper handling procedures.
Assisting with inventory counts and stock organization.
Moving packaged goods to shipping or storage areas.
Requirements:
Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
Basic reading and math skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Capability to lift, carry, and move items often 50+ lbs
Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
Good time management and ability to meet quotas
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate:
$14.00/pr hour
