In this relationship-focused, high-impact role, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic industrial accounts while delivering dependable heating and instrumentation solutions to mission-critical customers. Owning and growing assigned strategic accounts within industrial outside sales
Developing and executing long-term account plans aligned with customer operational needs
Serving as the primary commercial contact for key industrial customers
Coordinating with design, service, and operations teams to ensure accurate scope and clean handoffs
Supporting repeat programs, plant turnarounds, shutdowns, and expansions
Protecting margins while delivering dependable industrial heating and instrumentation solutions
Maintaining consistent communication to strengthen trust and customer retention
Growing referrals and expanding share of wallet within existing accounts
3–20+ years of experience in industrial outside sales
Experience selling into at least one of the following industries:
Chemical plants
EPC firms
Oil & gas skid fabrication
Power generation facilities
Industrial OEMs
Existing relationships within chemical, EPC, power generation, or oil & gas markets
Proven success exceeding sales targets and managing long, complex sales cycles
Strong listening skills with technical curiosity
Ability to navigate complex organizations and multiple stakeholders
