Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find customer-focused Order Processor & Customer Service Associate in Suwanee, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately, supporting shipping workflows, and assisting with customer service inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process high volumes of customer orders.
- Review orders for completeness, pricing, and shipping accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, shipping updates, and product information.
- Support customer service operations as needed during peak periods.
- Follow established workflows and procedures while maintaining productivity standards.
Requirements:
- High attention to detail; accuracy is critical for order entry.
- Ability to maintain speed while ensuring accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Basic understanding of shipping methods and order workflows.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with inventory or order management systems such as Fishbowl.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Magento.
- Previous customer service or administrative support experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
