Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dependable and hardworking Order Picker in Suwanee, GA. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations for a distribution facility specializing in pest control and lawn care products including fertilizer, herbicides, insecticides, and related materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems
- Handle and move products including bags, boxes, and containers of fertilizer, herbicides, and pest control supplies
- Perform frequent heavy lifting of 50+ lbs throughout the shift
- Prepare orders for shipment by palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and staging materials
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments as needed
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently during the shift
- Comfortable working around agricultural, lawn care, and pest control products
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and move for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
