ORDER FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist in Kemah, TX. In this dynamic and collaborative role, you will be responsible for supporting the complete order fulfillment process and ensuring top-tier accuracy and customer service for a growing team. In an Order Fulfillment Specialist job you’ll be responsible for:

• Process and track customer orders from receipt through fulfillment

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order completion and delivery

• Maintain accurate order records and documentation

• Review orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed

• Communicate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders

• Assist with inventory tracking and order-related reporting

• Support shipping, receiving, and logistics activities as required

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple priorities

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience in order fulfillment, customer service, logistics, inventory, or administrative support preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
