Order Fulfillment Specialist Location: Kemah, TX Job Type: Full-Time Direct Hire Schedule: Monday-Friday (Fridays are Hybrid) Pay: 44k-46k We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Fulfillment Specialist to join a growing team in the League City area. This role is responsible for supporting the order fulfillment process from order entry through shipment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities
Process and track customer orders from receipt through fulfillment
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order completion and delivery
Maintain accurate order records and documentation
Review orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed
Communicate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Assist with inventory tracking and order-related reporting
Support shipping, receiving, and logistics activities as required
Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
Qualifications
Previous experience in order fulfillment, customer service, logistics, inventory, or administrative support preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
