In an Operations Manager role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Supervising daily warehouse operations including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, shipping/receiving, floor productivity, and customer service

• Scheduling and overseeing warehouse staff to meet fulfillment demands while maximizing efficiency and minimizing overtime

• Partnering with warehouse leads to review performance metrics, analyze results, and develop actionable plans for productivity improvement and loss prevention

• Ensuring warehouse operations run at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction as a top priority

• Establishing and maintaining operational standards and procedures related to product handling, storage, equipment utilization, and inventory management

• Inspecting equipment, tools, and machinery regularly and overseeing general maintenance as needed

• Promoting and enforcing a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment in accordance with company policies and legal regulations

What you’ll need:

• High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred and will receive priority consideration)

• 5+ years of operations management experience leading supervisors and industrial employees

• 3–5 years of inventory-related experience; PVF or industrial distribution experience strongly preferred

• 3+ years of experience within industrial distribution environments

• Advanced proficiency with ERP inventory systems and strong working knowledge of MS Office and technology-driven processes

• Demonstrated success in process improvement while maintaining company standards

• Ability to work independently while serving as a strategic business partner to senior leadership

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities in operational settings
