OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (TECHNICIAN)

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dedicated Operations Coordinator/Technician in Lexington, KY. In this dynamic and growth-oriented role, you will be responsible for serving as the day-to-day face of our client with their customer(s), managing essential service programs, and joining a foundational team with immense long-term career potential. 

In our Operations Coordinator/Technician job you’ll be responsible for:

• Installing, maintaining, and managing proprietary services across campus (prioritizing large buildings, athletics, and residential spaces).

• Coordinating supply deliveries, inventory, and service activities.

• Ensuring service change schedules and maintenance programs are executed properly.

• Operating and maintaining company-provided equipment, including a van.

• Identifying opportunities and connecting customer(s) with the sales team when needed.

What you’ll need:

• Strong HVAC experience is PREFERRED as this is the service line offered by our client.

• Ability to operate a computer to manage tasks.

• Proficiency utilizing MS Office (Excel); experience with ERP systems is preferred.

• A self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently and represent the company professionally.

• Relationship-oriented skills to work closely with facilities personnel and campus stakeholders.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Pay: Full-time position starting at $25/hour.

• Work Location Details: Work primarily in-person within Lexington Area supporting a long-term, well-established customer relationship. Other work conducted from home with remote equipment provided.
