Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Operations Specialist in Suwanee, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for balancing high-level administrative support with production assistance, specifically focusing on order entry and client communication. In this Operations Specialist Role, You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Order Management: Accurately inputting client information and processing purchase orders into the system.
- Communication: Answering up to 40 inbound phone calls daily and responding promptly to client emails.
- Production Support: Assisting with production-related tasks to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Data Integrity: Maintaining high attention to detail while navigating WMS systems (specifically FishBowl).
What You’ll Need:
- Experience: At least two years of customer service or call center experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in G-Suite and experience with CRM or WMS software (FishBowl preferred).
- Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to manage complex order entry with a high degree of accuracy.
- Versatility: A "hybrid" mindset—ready to jump from answering phones to helping with production needs as required.
Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
