Job Summary:
The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting daily office operations and ensuring the workplace runs efficiently. This role provides administrative support, handles clerical tasks, and serves as a point of contact for internal staff and external visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Greet visitors and maintain a professional front office environment
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Prepare, file, and organize documents and records
- Assist with data entry, reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Support management and staff with administrative needs
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain office equipment and coordinate service requests
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
