What You’ll Do

As a trusted advocate for parents and children, you will:

• Welcome clients with professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity

• Assess eligibility based on health, income, and residency criteria

• Provide both individual and group nutrition counseling

• Recommend food packages and specialized formulas tailored to client needs

• Monitor growth patterns and iron status to support healthy development

• Document client records with accuracy and confidentiality

• Contribute to quality assurance efforts

• Participate in outreach initiatives that promote community health and engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field

• At least 24 credit hours in Food & Nutrition coursework

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly

• Excellent organization and attention to detail

• Commitment to serving diverse populations with respect and professionalism

• Comfortable with light physical activity (e.g., bending, lifting, extended sitting)

Why You’ll Love This Role

• Schedule:

  • Mon–Thurs: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Fri: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • 3rd Saturday/month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Pay: $30/hour, paid weekly
