Pay
- $18.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime available as needed

Job Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and align industrial machinery and mechanical systems according to specifications and blueprints.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment by replacing defective parts as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.
- Operate and maintain river blending mixers and Roper pumps.
- Use precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, and levels, to ensure proper equipment alignment.
- Fabricate, modify, and weld parts for equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues using sound troubleshooting techniques.
- Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Utilize production schedules to prioritize maintenance and repair activities.
- Follow all company safety policies, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs performed, and parts used.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2–5 years of Millwright experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Welding experience is required.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to lift 20–50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work while standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Commitment to following all workplace safety procedures.
Work Environment
- Industrial manufacturing environment.
- Must be comfortable working around machinery, elevated noise levels, varying temperatures, and industrial chemicals while following all required safety guidelines.
