General Purpose: Responsible for ensuring that all company sales orders, firearms and accessories (and the related paper work) to
meet the quality inspection standards in accordance to company quality standard.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• None
Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
• Inspect and identify product in related documentation as prescribed by sales order
• Ensure that current and correct items are shipped according to sales order
• Ensure that all ready-to-ship items meet company quality standard
• Ensure, count and compare unit(batch#) with sales order if correct quantities/batches are present
• Responsible for ensuring that outgoing shipments/products are adequately packaged and meet company quality standard
• Enter, verify, and validate the accuracy of data input into shipping system and shipping log
• Control/manage all shipping documentations under Materials Supervisor’s supervision
• Investigate shipping discrepancy under Materials Supervisor’s supervision
• Work with shipping clerk to ensure just-in-time shipping
• Assists with warehouse duties when needed
• Make sure the work area is kept in a clean and safe manner (5S)
