Warehouse & Production Associate
Location: Hitchcock, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $17.50/hour

Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is seeking a dependable Warehouse & Production Associate to support daily warehouse, work order, inventory, and material processing activities.
Responsibilities
- Process work orders by identifying, measuring, cutting, spooling, coiling, packaging, labeling, and shipping materials.
- Operate multiple workstations and equipment safely.
- Stage products and parts and verify work order accuracy and completeness.
- Weigh shipments and record shipping and product traceability information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Stock supplies, organize warehouse inventory, and maintain proper bin locations.
- Perform physical inventory and inventory adjustments.
- Repack, identify, organize, and store products and hardware.
- Assist with reel refurbishment, painting, and stocking.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and operating procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of warehouse or industrial experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills with strong organization and prioritization abilities.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to stand for extended periods and regularly bend, twist, stoop, and reach.
- Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 60 lbs. and occasionally up to 80 lbs
