Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $13.00/hr
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Openwork is hiring Loaders / Unloaders for a customer in Charlotte, NC. If you're looking for a hands-on warehouse position with a consistent schedule and easy access to public transportation, this could be a great fit.
This role is responsible for manually loading and unloading freight, organizing materials, and helping keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers
- Move products throughout the warehouse
- Sort, stack, and organize materials
- Prepare shipments for loading and delivery
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Reliable transportation or ability to use public transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Must be comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting throughout the shift
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of products
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
