Openwork is currently seeking a Bilingual Material Handler to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations including material storage, staging, inventory handling, and preparing products for shipment. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and bilingual in English and Spanish, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Storage & Organization: Store materials in proper locations, maintain organized inventory, and keep workspaces clean and orderly.

• Shipment Preparation: Place products into large boxes and prepare them for shipment.

• Internal Movement of Materials: Transport items throughout the facility, from storage to production, and move boxed products to the shipping dock.

• Inventory Management: Accurately count and verify products to fulfill customer orders.

• Equipment Handling: Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks safely and effectively.

• Safety & Cleanliness: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in English & Spanish (Required)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Reliable and team-oriented mindset

• Shift: 1st Shift

• Pay Rate: $16/hour

• Type: Contract to Hire
