MARKETING MANAGER

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a creative and strategic Marketing Manager in Houston, TX. In this highly impactful and dynamic role, you will be responsible for combining high-level graphic design expertise with strategic marketing oversight to lead our client's marketing division. In a Marketing Manager job you’ll be responsible for:

• Planning, driving, and executing strategic marketing campaigns across digital, print, and direct mail channels.

• Combining graphic design skills with strategic oversight to produce high-quality collateral for multimedia platforms.

• Overseeing company website initiatives and directing third-party vendors on digital user experience

• Leading and supporting a team of three direct reports handling administrative support, trade show prep, and direct mailings for sales representatives

• Collaborating with Sales Managers and the Director of Sales & Marketing to support business development efforts from a marketing standpoint

• Utilizing Google Analytics and CRM data insights to optimize campaign performance and guide future strategies

• Supporting trade show preparation and attending events as needed (approximately 10% travel)

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (REQUIRED)

• 5+ years of dedicated marketing experience, including direct supervisory/leadership experience (REQUIRED)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Acrobat) (REQUIRED)

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM platforms and Google Analytics (REQUIRED)

• Industry background in manufacturing or familiarity with printing production equipment (HUGE PLUS)

Details and Compensation:

• Direct-Hire, starting salary of $90,000 per year

• Consistent, full-time day schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• Leadership role guiding a team of three in a collaborative, in-house manufacturing environment
