Position Overview
The Graphic Designer creates high-quality visual communications across print, digital, social media, events, presentations, and web platforms. This role requires strong creative execution, project ownership, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities while delivering brand-consistent, impactful designs. Working closely with the Sr. Manager of Creative Services and cross-functional teams, the designer manages projects from concept to completion, communicates progress, and delivers polished work with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while balancing production needs with strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce creative assets for print, digital, web, presentations, events, and marketing campaigns.

  • Maintain brand consistency, production quality, and organized creative workflows.

  • Manage projects from concept through final delivery, meeting deadlines and communicating progress.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop effective visual solutions.

  • Contribute creative ideas, incorporate feedback, and support continuous improvement within the department.

  • Stay current on design trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, digital marketing, and visual storytelling.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Express); After Effects/Premiere Pro a plus.

  • Knowledge of print production, digital publishing, and design principles.

  • Experience with photography, illustration, animation, HTML/CSS, or interactive media is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Valid driver's license and flexibility to occasionally work evenings, weekends, or in the field.

Requirements

  • Proven professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Express.
