Job Title: SPE Manufacturing Electrician

Location: Houston, TX 77073

Shift: Monday–Friday | PM Shift | 30 minute lunch | Overtime as needed 

Pay: $24 per hour PM Shift 

 

Are you an experienced Manufacturing Electrician looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with room to grow? We’re hiring a Manufacturing Electrician to join our client’s team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and coordinate the Panel Builders and Electrical Assemblers
• Inspect and assess the work being done by those individuals
• Install electrical components into control panels and associated HVAC equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics
          o Must be capable of selecting common electrical components such as                    contactors, overloads, circuit breakers, and transformers
• Efficiently and safely operate power tools.

 

What We're Looking For:

• Highly experienced in assembly, installation, and testing of electoral control panels.
• Sound knowledge of electrical wiring and gages, power system protection, replaying and
programming
• Understand wiring processes and identify errors. Accuracy and neat wiring practices required
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to understand electrical schematics
• Ability to operate and install complete wiring systems including panels in industrial
environments
• Ability to use power and hand tools.
• Excellent mechanical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
