Manufacturing Department Manager – Greenville, SC We are conducting a candidate search on behalf of a well-established textile manufacturer located in Greenville Area. Our client is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager with 3+ years of proven experience in a manufacturing leadership environment. This position is 100% on-site in Greenville, SC. Position Overview The Manufacturing Department Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of managing people and processes related to an assigned area. This position requires knowledge of manufacturing processes and proven leadership experience. Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise department employees.
Promote teamwork and accountability within the department.
Ensure a safe work environment and follow plant safety procedures.
Maintain product quality and meet customer standards.
Support efficient production and on-time delivery.
Manage labor, materials, and waste to control costs.
Hire, train, and develop employees.
Enforce company policies and maintain attendance and time records.
Support equipment maintenance and operational uptime.
Work with leadership to improve processes and department performance.
Previous experience in textile manufacturing, HUGE PLUS!
Compensation and Perks
Salary $80K-$115K, dependent on experience and industry alignment.
Direct-hire role with benefits available!

Work schedule Monday-Friday with some on-call requirement.
